After February vacation, make-ups are only permitted in classes that are not immersed in choreography for the spring recital.

Caregivers and students should not interrupt a class in session.
Only water is allowed in the studios. No food, drinks, or gum are permitted.
We appreciate the chance to meet our students' siblings, but the safety of every child on the school premises is our priority. Children must be always supervised and should not run around the lobby or classroom areas.
Students are not permitted to use their cellphones, Apple watches, or other devices during class time.
Students and caregivers may not contact our instructors directly (via phone, email, text messages, etc.). All communication with teachers must go through the Total Eclipse Dance Studio office.

Tuition is not refundable. After October 14, a credit may be issued and can be used for regular classes within the current or upcoming dance studio season: 75% credit for the current season; 50% credit for the subsequent season. All credits expire after the subsequent season. Tuition credits may not be transferred to siblings or other family members. Tuition credits may not be applied to summer classes, fees, costumes/merchandise, performance tickets, or birthday parties. No credit will be issued for withdrawals after March 1.

Regular attendance is essential for students to progress in their dance education. Each class builds upon previous lessons, and missing a class may leave a student lagging behind their peers. From February to May, choreography for the recital will be taught and rehearsed. It is necessary for students to feel confident with the choreography and the year-end performance. Absences during this period can lead to frustration for both students and their teachers and classmates.

Dance is a physically demanding activity that requires a proper warm-up to ensure safe execution of movements. Students who arrive more than 10 minutes late may be asked to observe class for their personal safety, as they would have missed the warm-up and/or barre exercises.
